When will the request reach me?

If I have a product with a manufacturing defect?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. To start the process, please contact us at contact@sunnuo.shop. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original labels and packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
